posted Aug 14, 2018, 4:07 AM by MHRUK Administrator
Researchers at Oxford University are investigating if treating insomnia can improve mood and emotional wellbeing. Participants will be split into two treatment groups and receive one of two sleep programmes. All participants will complete a series of computerised tasks and questionnaires that assess cognitive function.

The study is suitable for adults aged 25-65 years who have persistent problems getting to sleep and/or staying asleep, and who are also having some difficulty with their mood and emotions.

The study will require 16 weeks of participation, and you will be compensated for your time.
