Rob's 100k Sahara Desert Trek 25 October 2013
Rob Sibbald is supporting Mental Health Research UK with a gruelling 100K trek through the Sahara Desert. He says he must be 'NUTS' and he is doing it 'without beer'. From the comments left by his supporters on JustGiving, it seems that they agree with his first comment but cannot believe he will do it without the beer!!
Rob says "Raising money and awareness for Mental Health Research was a no brainer for me. I lost my Dad to a tragic suicide 3 years ago following near enough a lifetime of crippling depression. He was a consultant haematologist in his professional life, which goes to show that mental health problems affect even the most intelligent in our society! The trek is a 100k slog across the Sahara Desert in sweltering heat and over ever changing terrain, from sand dunes to rocky valleys."

Well done Rob and thank you - Mental Health Research UK
